Return Policy

1. General Policy

At Blue Hill Highland Coffee, we take pride in providing high-quality coffee products to our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we have certain policies in place regarding returns and exchanges.

2. Returns for Unopened Coffee

We accept returns for unopened coffee products within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the coffee must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in unused condition. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

3. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a coffee product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit.

4. Returns for Incorrect Orders

If we send you the wrong coffee product by mistake, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and we may provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

5. Returns for Opened Coffee

Please note that we do not accept returns for coffee products that have been opened or used. This policy is in place for quality and safety reasons. If you are unsure about a coffee flavor or type, we recommend purchasing a smaller quantity to sample before making a larger purchase.
